Megan grew up in Gainesville, Georgia and graduated from Chestatee High School. After high school, Megan obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Young Harris College where she played collegiate softball and was a founding member of the Young Harris chapter of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida’s Frederic G. Levin School of Law, where she was a member of the Honor Committee, and a founding member of the law school’s club softball team, which went on to win two national championships during her time at UF.

After law school, Megan returned to Georgia and began her law career working for several small and mid-size general practice firms where she gained invaluable mentorship and experience. Megan married her husband Tyler DiNatale, a Blairsville Georgia native, in 2020. Megan and Tyler love living and working in the North Georgia Mountains where they grew up and are now both small business owners in their community. When they are out of the office, the can frequently be seen hiking on mountain trails or kayaking in local rivers with their two dogs.
